About Us

At Fuller Arizona Family Therapy (FAFT), we help individuals, couples, and families build stronger relationships, navigate life's challenges, and experience lasting growth. Whether you are seeking support for relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, or personal development, our therapists work alongside you to understand your unique circumstances and create a plan tailored to your goals. Located in Midtown Phoenix, we provide affordable counseling services both in person and through telehealth across Arizona.

We believe that lasting change happens in relationships. As a relationship-centered counseling practice, we help clients strengthen communication, deepen connection, resolve conflict, and develop healthier patterns that support long-term well-being. Our approach recognizes that emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being are interconnected, and meaningful healing often involves addressing the whole person within the context of the relationships that matter most.

Clients come to FAFT seeking a variety of outcomes—from improving their marriage or family relationships to reducing stress, managing anxiety, recovering from difficult experiences, or navigating significant life changes. Our goal is to help clients gain practical tools, greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and renewed hope as they move toward the life they desire.

The foundation of our work is influenced by the traditions of Fuller Graduate School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy and Fuller Theological Seminary. While this heritage informs our commitment to caring for the whole person, we welcome and serve clients from all faith backgrounds, as well as those who do not identify with a faith tradition.
